Does anyone know if the bolt on exhaust tips that have been out for a few years,fit on the 2006 model?

Just go to the parts department, ask them to open one up and let you see if it slips onto your tips. I'd say yes, considering how high the '06 rear end sticks up! :D

They do not fit.:( There is a few mm"s difference in the size. Hopefully VW will update this item at a later date.

I went to my local muffler shop, they have a various array of tips available. They welded on the tips to the stock exhaust.
