Has anyone PUT a rear fog on their Vert yet ?? I have one for Lilo . I read thru Hestersu's How to but its for the hardtops ,I'm trying to figure out how the wire would have to go in the vert

Wow man, you're in luck. :D I happened to put one in my 'vert already. ;)

Basically, I took out the back seat and some of the left-side trunk trim panels (PITA). I did the wire splicing on the interior of the trunk, versus underneath the car.

I can do a writeup soon...

I ran the wire to the back seat, then I put the wire thru a rubber gromet that leads to underside of the car. Then from there to the rear fog light.

I actually went a different route.
The area where the grommit is was too tight for my big hands. I ended up cutting the wire in the trunk so that I'm still using the part of the existing factory wire that goes through the grommit to the light housing, if that makes sense.
I added quick connects all around, so at any point I can pop open that access panel and switch between rear fog operation, and back-up light operation by just disconnecting and connecting the proper leads.
The hard part is determining which wire to cut... since there are two wires in the harness; one to the driver's side and one to the passenger's side lights. But you can figure it out with a bit of wire wiggling.
