Everybus 2006

Ok so its not a Newbeetle event but its still VW's. Bus/Vanagon/Eurovan centered event in Greensboro, NC. This is the 4th year my boyfriend has gone to this and my 2nd. Its pretty fun...camping out and hanging out with some cool VW people and seeing some cool vehicles. Figured I'd post my pics. Don't have too many cuz a lot of the buses are the same as last year but there were some cool buses and even a few bugs. I couldnt afford to drive myself so my bug stayed here at school but I hope to take her next year! There was a black NB there...and a '98...Mexi Beetle!!! Sweet car I have to say. Legal import after 3 years of work to do that but its only for NC. Was for sale though...if my bug was paid off I would have considered buying the Mexi after trading my car in at the nearest VW dealership. lol. Nah, but it was nice. Enjoy!

Here are some of the pictures from last year...the school bus that is in the first set of pictures is the "free coffee bus" and was an old vw bus last year that was in a bit of sorry shape. There was also "Speedy" an old beetle there last year. In the last two pictures, the brown Westfalia camper and blue Vanagon are my boyfriend's dad's vans.

Indeed it is...a '98...really really nice car. California roof...which is like a ragtop but it goes all the way back. I was in love with it and admiring it every chance I could get! :P

Wasnt sure how many of you guys on here were into the buses and stuff but I figured I'd post pictures anyway. My boyfriend has a Passat but once we get out of college and get our own place, he wants to get a Vanagon or Eurovan camper type set-up. He's real into the vans and stuff. me not so much...but I wont turn down opportunity to hang out with cool and fun VW people! And thats why hes coming with me to the Bug Out...I'll be drooling there like he was drooling at Everybus :p
