Washing The Top

I just got my NBC Saturday.
Is it okay to use a soap made for washing your car, to be used on the convertible top as well and then rinse off using home water hose? :confused:

No. Regular car-wash soaps will damage your top. They will dry it out, weaken the material, and could cause the top to fade prematurely.

I use RaggTopp by Wolfsteins (http://www.wolfsteins.com/main.htm). It is easy to use, and makes the top look really good. Wolfsteins also makes a companion product that protects the top. I use both a few times per year to keep my top in good shape.
