Default For Sale - 1999 New Beetle GLS - Techno Blue

It's a sad day for me but I'm selling my pride and joy... my 1999 New Beetle GLS.

I spent a long time wondering if I should sell it but since my dog has grown to 90 lbs and we're planning to have kids, our needs have changed in terms of a vehicle. We just bought a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and as much as I will miss the Beetle, the extra space in the Tucson is just too much to pass up.

My New Beetle has been babied since day one. Always regularly maintained, the car definitely doesn't look like it's 9 years old. Waxed 4-6 time per year (if not more) and always cleaned inside, it's looks probably half it's age right now. I've added things to it over the years to make it more unique (boomerang spoiler, Euro badges etc.) and upgrades too (phatbox).

Looking to sell the car for $6700 obo.

Here are more specs of the car:

I'm posting a few pics of the car too... more can be seen at the website link above.

Take care,
Dale

**** SOLD ****

I just sold my New Beetle to a woman here in Toronto for $6600

So, this is goodbye. Thanks to everyone here on the newbeetle.org website for all your help and support since I got my car. This is by far the best site for any car on the 'net... period!

I'll miss my Beetle for sure but it doesn't mean that perhaps I won't pick up another one down the road, who knows?
