Thumbs up June Jitter Bug 2010 - Niagra Falls

Hey folks,
June Jitter Bug 2010 is here and just around the corner.
If any of you are already planning on going. Then why go separate like a bunch of hobos when we can all go together. We can cruise all the way there.

" The Main Event "
Sunday is the main event and gates open for vendors at 7:00AM.
Vendor fee is $25.00.
Gates open for Show cars and Spectators at 9:00 AM.
Show car registration fee is $20.00,
$15.00 with a canned good ( For Project Share Food Bank )

Let's use this forum for those that are interested and figure this out. Who's going and who's not. That sort of thing.

Sounds like a plan.... We should try to meet in an area that is central... Count us in...

I think it'd be cool to meet somewhere ahead of time.

I'm crazy busy with landscaping season, but should be slowing down to a steady rhythm by then

I'd be in for Sunday... already planning on attending. Only one thing, I drive about 10-20 over the speed limit and no more, especially in a group, cops love any attention we would give, last time I did a cruise to the Jitter bug people were going 140 min. I don't want to loose my ride.
I'm in as long as we all agree to drive together at roughly the same speed.
let's figure out where we can all meet!

I'm of the same opinion about the speed. I don't go over 110km most of the time anyway. Besides, I think it would look really cool if we all rolled in cruise mode.

I think we need to come up with a time frame or something.
I will be entering my bug along with another member and I would recomend all of you do the same.
We can all park together in the show grounds otherwise, parking would be outside the park area.
The cost is $20 to enter your bug (think of it as a parking fee + fun) and it opens at 9am.
If we could be there for that time and get set up. Then of course we would have to meet up pretty early to get there for 9am.
Consider it takes an hour and some to get there. We would have to met up between 7-8am - might be early for some - maybe not!

If some of you decide not to enter your bug then, a second group could be formed or you can just arrive as you wish.

As far as a meeting place? I'll meet anywhere as long as it's on the way.

Hey man, just got your pm. When is it? I see that it will be in Niagra Falls, which is only about an hour away from me. I will have to check my schedule and see what I am doing that day I really hope to attend although I'll have to convince my dad to take me haha I can't drive the 400 series hwys yet (Darn G1, just incase you didn't know haha).

I may be in the area for this, actually. going to have a birthday party one day on this weekend though, and not sure which day it is yet.

Default meeting place and time

I'm coming from Barrie, so I will be gouth on the 400, to the 401 west, then taking the 403/QEW to Niagara.

I agree totally with MiG, we need to leave early, as I want to show my car as well. I figure I'll leave around 7:00, Google is telling me it will take me 2hours and 26 mins.

I guess I should leave a bit sooner, lol. I'm cool with that, let me know where everyone is accessable so that we can meet somewhere.
