Exclamation Beware of Middlefield rd....

I thought i would start a new thread about what happened last night on our way home... We we're out for a late night cruise thought the Rouge. And where on Middlefield(an extension of Huntingwood) just east of Mc Cowan when someone decided it was a good idea to through a piece of concrete at our car as we passed... What would posecess someone to do something like that?? I see alot of carnage at work but really in everyday life it is rare to have something like this happen here in Canada... So if you find yourself in this area be very aware of who and what is around you... I just keep thinking what if my wife was hit in the head with this .... Oh and our windows were open @ the time this happened.... Take care and be very aware of who and what is around you @ all times... Jim...

That is so sad to see.

Why are people so cruel? That could have seriously hurt someone in your car ...

And your poor bug

I am so sorry that happened to you. It is hard to imagine people being so stupid they don't realize how badly someone could get hurt. This happened to me when I was 18 years old. I had a 1978 Monte Carlo at the time, and a bunch of other teen age goons threw a rock out of their car from the opposite direction!!! it hit the grille of my car, punched all the way through it, my fan, and radiator!!!

Being a fewllow teen ager at the time I was so pi$#&(*# off about my car and the money to repair it, but then my Dad pointed out that it could have been my windshield and my head... sobering thought.

I am very glad that you were not hurt, but very sorry about your car.

Take care,
- Hap

Sons of bitches!!!
I tell ya man. Hearing this **** really pisses me off big time. I was young once and I did some crazy stuff but, never did I ever do anything like that to anybody man.
It was kids for sure that did this sort of thing. At least I hope so.
Makes me think about the girl a few years back that took a beer bottle in the face while she was walking with her friend.
Couple a drunk *******s in a pickup truck as they drove by flung it at her.
Not sure you know of this story but, I can still remember the news reel of her with her face all bruised and cut up and her asking why somebody would do this.
Honestly, some people are truly ****ed up in their head. Literally a brain dysfunction. Loose wires or some thing like that for real!!
Man, you guys are alright and that's what counts. Could have been far more worse than it was that's for sure.
I would love to see somebody do that or catch those ******s in the act. Oh man, I would fix them real good!!

Mig: You sound just like my dad!
If he found out somebody did this he would fix them for sure.
People do things to our home/cars once, and they never come back to do it again!
Some of these kids need a good scare!

Well, it's a sign of the times we live in. There doesn't have to be a reason. Some folks have nothing better to do and they are vile. Luckily no one was hurt. I had my car vandalized a few month back. Someone stole my magnetic signs. I have a detail business. I wondered why. What could they do with my signs? I was out $200, BUT... They didnt' scratch or hurt the car. I just realize that stuff is gonna happen. Sorry about your car. Glad you're okay.

Thank's Goran.... Thank's Mike...Thank's to everyone!! Just glad it did'nt end like that girl's incident....(i remember that incident) Beleave me when i was younger i would have turned around and laided a beating on whomever... But nowadays it is more wise just to let it go.. As you never know,if that was just a lure to get us to turn around and react.... So i beleave what i did was right... Sometimes it is just wiser to not react.... Cars can always be fixed... See ya all on Sunday... Take care and keep your eye's peeled

Wow, that is unbelievable. Good job on restraining yourself. When I was younger, I too probably would've turned back to confront the perpetrators, which likely wouldn't have ended in any constructive manner.

WOW...

Sorry to see something like this happen to friends of mine

I'm just glad both of you are ok!

But dude you gotta at least call 222-TIPS and make a report. My bug was hit in the same general vicinity by some retards that threw a container of frozen yoghurt at it which put a dent in the hood

One of my good friends lives 2 minutes from there and I drive through that area often so if that happens to me I will hunt down the perpetrators and get the police involved (to keep me out of jail)
