Default Got heat?

Another hot one today. Glad my A/C works again

I actually missed a shot with 40.5 deg C on the readout by a couple of minutes (as I was leaving the downtown core). As you all know that was before humidity gets factored in...yuck!

The a/c in my car works great! But the a/c in my house is pretending to be a heater! Its 86 F in my house.....blah. I don't know Celcius but it was 106 here the other day, but almost NO humidity thank God!

Too cheap to fix my A/C. High speed fan module and a/c line connector. Too expensive for a part time student haha

I'm just lucky I live by Lake Erie

40.5 Celcius = 104.9 F

It's funny, Fahrenheit makes more sense to me even though I was taught the Metric system in school. Thanks Dad

Because my NB is my first car of foreign engineering, I keep my temp in Celsius. I think it's neat, personally.

Well, that and I have no problem reading it, being from Berlin. :P

It's been so hot here, it's not a comfortable heat to be in.
At least work, home and Versa have A/C. Otherwise, it would be unbearable.

Typical Canadians complaining about the heat and humidity...Lol.... Try and remember this in Feburary when it's minus 40... I'll take the heat while i can enjoy it as soon enough it will be cold again....

Lol ... I know, all we do is complain!
I went to California a few weeks ago and it was cold there. We had to wear sweaters I was glad to be back here with the heat. I don't mind it when I can just sit in the backyard by the pool. I feel sorry for those people who have to work outside. That is too much heat to handle.

Yesterday was 114ºF, but that's expected here. I'm surprised you're getting that hot that far north! That isn't normal for y'all, is it?

In the summer, yes it is. We normally get the humidity pretty bad so it can get quite toasty up here.

We don't all live in igloos like some might think, lol ... (I had an Australian ask me that once)

LOL!
Yes we get heat ... It's the humidity that really kills us. Yesterday and today we had beautiful weather. Warm with a breeze and very little humidity. It was nice enough to just open up the windows on the car.

I'm very proud to say that I haven't turned the A/C on in my Beetle for over a week! I can definitely see the difference in my fuel consumption. At home, however, I'm a wimp so on the A/C goes!

I prefer to roll with the windows down myself: Once you do a turbo upgrade the sound of spoolin up is addictive. Fuel economy most definitely is affected, I agree. I probably get 75 km less per tank with the A/C cranking.
