Well I finally had time this weekend to install the cable. After installing it, the radio did go into safe mode. Like I said, I didn't have my card with the code, so I looked in the trunk, and did find a 4 digit number that I assumed was the code. Tried it twice, and it didn't take. Now the radio only says "SAFE" and there's a "2" next to it on the left, and it won't allow me to enter the code any more. I finally dug some more, and found my card with the correct code. But now I can't get the radio to the point where I can put the correct code in. I just says "SAFE".
Any ideas how to get past this?? Last edited by rschildt; 07-31-2006 at 04:26 PM.. |

The manual has directions on how to get the code into the radio.
I can't remember off of the top of my head.-Des |
