Hey,
My New Beetle already has a JVC unit installed, but I want to install my Alpine unit. Do I need the radio tools to do this when the stock CD player is not there? Thanks! Tim Klein |

We just put a JVC in my bug. I'm not sure what your set up looks like in your car, but for my own bug, in order to take out the radio you have to pry off the rounded VW face plate and then use
I still need to install the antenna connector for my radio, so I need to pull it out again. I can takes pics when I get the part so you can see if my set up is what you've got. ![]() |
