Gee, i did my entire system without disconnecting my battery. Except for connecting the power lead. And then like 2 months later when the system killed the factory battery.
![]() Seriously, if you use a harness to connect the radio to the factory harness without splicing anyhting. If you do all the wiring before plugging it in, and double check everything, I dont see a problem with leaving hte battery connected. But then again, i'm lazy.
