Default New Head Unit Question

Ok so I'm planning on buying a new head unit for my 98 NB in which I have the factory 6-cd changer in the trunk (blah i hate it). When I have the people put the new unit in, will they take the old cd changer out too with the old head unit? This is probably a really dumb question but I'm new...so be gentle

Do you want the changer to remain in the system or are you going a different route? Any reputable installer should/would ask what your current system contains. Do you have an Ipod?

I'd rather have a cd player that I can do the front feed type thing. So I'd rather have it outta there, its kind of big and it'd give me a smallll amount of extra trunk space.

yes I have an ipod.

HI! i would say that you should remove the CD changer and sell it and get a In-dash CD player which is easier and more stylish. What kind of system do you have? I mean is it a Monsoon or Non-monsoon?

I have a new indash CD player that i would be willing to trade for your 6 CD changer system.

I'm not sure if its a Monsoon or non-monsoon. It was the factory radio that was in my 98 when I got it.
As far as trading, normally I would say have at it, but the reason I'm getting a new radio is because the factory radio was draining the battery of my car. Also, the faceplate is cracked. Otherwise I would love to. Sorry!
