CD changer socket locations

Been wanting one for ages and just bought me a CD changer for my birthday. Can anyone post pics of where the socket is? I've looked and looked in my boot and can't see it anywhere - so pics of where it is in the boot and in the front would really help a girl out!

My 04 NB has the adapter that you plug the CD changer into in the center console between the front seats. I just installed the changer in my bug. Good luck.

If it's not there - look in the trunk on the driver's side

I just bought a CD Changer for my 04 beetle. I've been looking in the center console and can't find the adapter. I checked with the dealer before i bought the changer and they said it's wired in the center console. Any help would be appreciated. Is it stored to the side? under something?

Click on the link below so you can see what it is you're actually looking for (first picture). In the center console (get a flashlight) pull out the black insert and look just forward and to the passenger's side.
