Post your aftermarket decks, Im curious to see how a square deck looks in the rounded slot. Maybe an adapter takes care of that.

Thanks

I have the new cd player and mounting frame ready, but the original head unit wont come out. A stereo dealership was unable to lock the equipment so that they could pull it out.
Maybe i'll try dynamite this weekend.

Still dirty from the upgrade, but here is my Kenwood CD/MP3 deck - with the iPod hidden in the glovebox.

Ok now the question I have is... In order to get the sound out of all the speakers mounted for the monsoon audio, are the decks able to handle it? Or are there a few extras that will need to be installed (Amps, ect) to get all 6 speakers going.

I have considered a Pioneer instead of paying 150 for the CD changer. What do you think?

I believe the wiring harness is the same for both, it sends the signals to the Monsoon amp, and the amp sends to the extra speakers...I think.

Marvins_dad has a wiring schematic for the Monsoon System..I have a PDF copy at work. Can send it to you tomorrow...send me a PM with your email addy.
