Default Monsoon woofer issue

Whenever it rains or I wash my car, my passenger side Monsoon woofer sounds terrible- Like it's blown out. I assume water is getting inside my door so what can I do and should I replace the speaker if it sounds fine when in dry weather?
Thanks! Matt

I'm no expert, but I say 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. If it sounds fine and functions normally when dry, why bother spending money on a new one which will just end up getting wet again? On that note, I have no idea what you'd do to stop the water from entering into the car.

kinda a wierd question but how does your top and seals look? did this start recently? if so have you tried putting the top down and then back up to see if maybe it didnt seal correctly the last time you did it before winter? just trying to help.
