door speaker no work help...............

I was wondering if anybody knows why my front door speakers dont work, i dont play them loud maybe it could be the amp fuse??? I have a monsoon in a o3 new beetle can someone help me thanks

could be a blown fuse or the speaker wires have become disconnected from the speaker terminals. i'd check the fuse box first. in my nb, the fuse panel is located on the driver's side, when you open the driver's door, look on the side console on the dashboard. hopefully, the card will still be with the fuses so you can figure out which fuse goes to what. also, there's fuses on the battery of all places. still cannot figure that one out, why they put the fuses on the blasted battery. oh well. if the cards aren't in the fuse panel, someone just posted this past week, the diagram which would tell which fuse is used for each option.
