03 beetle monsoon radio wires

hi everybody was wiring in a hardwire xm setup and i was wanting to know what wires were what in the back of the radio so i know which one to splice into i need a switch hot and a ground off the radio .....any help apprecaited as always

anybody ???? also what is the little plastic plug cover for? ( the plug is left of the wiring in this pic

there's one on both sides of hte car under the flip up spoiler reason im asking is i plan on mounting the xm antenna behind the factory radio and routing down behind the spoiler nad thru the round plastic plug im talking about
