Default CD changer to 3.5mm jack?

I want to replace my CD changer with my iPod, but all I have found is those adapters that convert the CD changer cable to a thing that connects to the dock and charges and controls your ipod, etc. I would just like a simple cable that has the CD changer plug in thing for the HU on one end and either a 3.5mm input or output on the other end. Does this exist? It seems like that would be cheaper because the CDchanger/ipod adapter is expensive. Thanks for your help.

Blitzsafe makes an adapter that plugs into the back of the HU or where the CD changer plugs into in the trunk depending on the model you get. they should cost shy of 100 dollars.

The output they give you is a left and right RCA plug but that is easily changed into a 3.5mm with a simple cable.
