Unhappy Blitzsafe adapter stays on

I just installed my blitzsafe ipod adapterr last night and it is supposed to charge my ipod for 20 min after I turn my car off. Well, I got in my car this morning and there is still power going to the ipod and it says "fully charged." What? Did I just get a defective adapter? I am worried about it running my car battery down. I don't care about the ipod..its battery is shot anyway. I just wondered if I could check if I did something wrong or I need to send it back.

who did you buy from?

e-mail the guy at enfig.com, good guy and was cool about answering any questions before I bought our adapter (which will be for sale SOON).

I got it from enfig. I will email him, but I just didn't want to because I had to be snooty to him before since he waited forever to ship it. Why are you selling your adapter?

funny, I didn't have any problems with him.... I think I got mine 3 days after payment.

We are ditching the stock setup for a few reasons.... first of all the buttons on the NB deck like to fall into the face (can only access 3 playlists now). The price to find a decent working used one even with the hook ups I have put us in the range of switching to aftermarket. We had the PIE adapter, the adapter itself performed flawlessly and I liked it better than the blitz when I read about the features.

We are stepping up to the new Pioneer decks with the built in IPOD controller, aux input, and usb capability. Plus these decks have the capability of using the Pioneer Blue Tooth adapter (CA law next year no more phones in car without hands free). For the money it's just the better decision, plus the pioneer gives more control over the whole system.

Oh,ok. I liked the idea of Blitzsafe and the look of the stock radio..I just wish it worked correctly. I emailed Christian, so I will let you know his reply.

yeah I loved the interface..... it's the issues of the stock deck I had the problems with.
