Default Question about Monsoon Systems

Hey there, I have an 02 Turbo S with the monsoon system. I am wanting to put my Alpine deck in, but am wondering if there are problems in doing this? My last beetle was an 2000 with a non monsson system and the install wasn't a problem, but the Monsoon has an amp somewhere? DO i need to take that out or something? Any help would be great.

Oh and is the Monsoon system out of a Turbo S worth much? Has the cd changer too.

Thanks,

Jeff

Installation shouldn't be any different than your 2000. I'm running an Alpine HU utilizing the monsoon amp and am very pleased with the performance.

Yep connect HU right to the Bug's radio harness. Monsoon amp is either automatically bypassed or has speaker level inputs... I would go with the second guess on that.
