i have a 99 gls and the audio system is standard i think. has 4 speakers with front tweeters. i dont think its a monsoon cause it doesnt say on the deck. but when i fade to the rear speakers it sounds like its muffled or a really crappy mono quality. like listen to a a little toy radio. i was wondering is it my messed up. there is no distortion, but it sounds more like loose wire or something? i dont want to change to a third party cause i think the stock system sounds great already and if its the speaker i can just buy a used factory one for cheaper.
