Default Head Unit advice

Most of the buttons don't work on my factory unit. I am down to just AM radio and cassette. I am not up to date on what is out there now so I was hoping for some direction.

I want Bluetooth so that I can have the hands free calling.

USB or an audio jack: From what I understand I should just get rid of my CD changer and get a radio that will take a USB hard drive. I was wondering how well the units out there interface with the hard drive. Will the menu list albums, artist, genre like the computer media players do? If I have 60 albums on the hard drive will it be hard to find the music I want?

HD: This might be nice but not needed. I don't want satellite because I don't want another monthly bill.

With this info what should I look at for a head unit?

Thanks,
Will

I've got a Parrot Rhythm N Blue in the Honda and I looooove it. Better than the CK3100 add-on unit I've got in the NBC. Check out www.parrot.com for more info. The new model coming out soon after the time you read this is the RK8200, which looks yummy (but it does NOT have a CD player, just storage behind the drop-down removable faceplate)... easy to install, works with the VW wiring, I'm really pleased with the CK3100 but would have really preferred a more built-in-looking unit...

I have a deal with Sirius where I paid $400 and have a "Lifetime Subscription". I may transfer my subscription up to four times to different devices (receivers)...

No monthly payments...EVER...
