CD 0 Track 63 ?!

My CD player has been giving me trouble for a while now. It will play a CD just fine, but if you turn the car off and back on, it gives an error and won't play. The problem has been increasing to the point that it would stop playing a CD mid-song and give an error. The last time it did that was Thursday, and then it wouldn't play anything else. I switched to each CD (I have the trunk changer), and it wouldn't play and it wouldn't give me an error. It was just quiet. Now, it's frozen (it won't do anything or respond to any button since Thursday morning), and it says "CD 0 Track 63" on the screen. The CD magazine is out. Radio, tape works fine. This is the stock CD trunk changer. Do I need to make the funeral arrangements, or is there something I can do to get my music back until I can replace the changer?!

Whats funny is, my car recently overheated, and it killed my battery, so 4 weeks later of my car sitting on my driveway waiting for me to save up to fix my car, i charged my battery, when i put it back in... i turned on my radio at first it said "Safe" then moments later i clicked on CD and it started playing... I saved myself $300 from the dealership for a new one... How cool.
