i swapped out for an aftermarket head... try and remove the factory head and remove the screws holding the faceplate on. remove the faceplate and put it back on. it turns out that the buttons on mine had shifted, and when i put the faceplate back on they worked again. hope this helps! |

There are tiny little pins behind these buttons. I ran into the same problem and replaced the head unit. I took the face off the bad head unit and all these tiny plastic pins that are part of the malfunctioning button fell out. Nothing to be done except dispose of the unit.
