I'm sure it was probably just a one-off.

There's no market for someone to mass-produce something like that.

but if you show a local audio shop, I bet they could replicate something like it; maybe even better.

Looks like a custom job. Could print the pic and take it to a stereo shop and see if they can do something like it.
