I have Monsoon stock system. Everything sounds great until I make a left-hand turn. Then the passengers side speaker gets a "throaty" sound to it. Almost like a blown speaker sound. Anyone ever come across this?

Try doing the same turn with the sound off. It could just be the wheel bearings.

I thought that as well. But when I turn the stereo off the sound goes away.

Maybe it's a loose wire that is getting grounded out when you corner.

Yes, check for a bad wire also check to make sure the speaker is still fully secured and not missing any or have any loose screws holding it in. Is the for the Front, Rear, or both on the passenger side?
