Hey guys and gals,
Have a '98 beetle, non-monsoon that has a blown right rear speaker. I've tried a couple speaker sets from a local place and they all sound like crap, no bass whatsoever, when compared to stock. I've located monsoon rear speakers on ebay for 14 bucks each (direct oem replacements) that I thought about ordering, but not sure if they would work well enough with the stock system I have. I don't want to spend a fortune on a new set of speakers and stock seems to be plenty loud for my tastes. Any ideas as to whether the monsoon rear speakers would work, or other options/places I might be able to find replacements? Thanks, -Z |
