Exclamation A way to connect my Iphone3g/Ipod ?

Hey Guys,

New in here and I am searching a way to make a connection with the sound system in my 2001 Beetle.

I bought it without the cd changer and it would be more easy for me to connect through a cable a iphone3g/ipod rather than buy a original cd changer and when I press the CD button to work?

I don't have the rear speakers also maybe you can give me the dimensions and if it is possible to install them also to the system.

Any tips ?

Much appreciate for the answers!

Checkout this thread. Its a simple DIY for an AUX imput jack.

Sorry, I can not help you with the speakers though... But I thought all NBs came with 6speakers (NBC with 10)... one in the bottom of the front doors(1&2), one in the A pillars where the exterior mirrors are(3&4), and one in the rear passenger area(5&6)

.....if it is the monsoon system it will have 2 more speakers in the dash.

6.5" speakers will fit fine in the rear.
