My owner's manual says there is a radio card in the front of the manual. I couldn't find mine. It also says to contact your authorized Volkswagen dealer for help.

Check the manual that came w/the car, they may have made a note of the radio code in there. Otherwise you'll need to prsent your VIN to the dealership to get the answer.

The satellite code ? If so, I got my by unbolting the receiver. It's bolted to the firewall in front of the passenger seat, just pull down the carpet and it's held on with 2 bolts. (at least on a 08)
