Aftermarket Deck Questions

Hey everyone,

I own a 99 New Beetle and I am purchasing an aftermarket deck for it and I am looking at the Pioneer DEH-11E Does anyone know anything about it? Does it have sub output because I have no idea if it does and I cant find out on newegg.

I am going to put a subwoofer in my trunk that I am purchasing from a friend and I already bought an amp, I just have to get a in-dash cd player and a installation dash kit.

Anyone know of cheap installation dash kit things for 99 New Beetles? I found this onebut I'm not sure if I can find one cheaper with the wire harness and stuff.

hey.

i just finished redoing the system in my 99 beetle. (actually its still not done...need to finish some dynamat and then cut and carpet the false floor cover...but wiring wise its all done)

i had a system in it...then sold it and bought one a little more potent...so ive had my car all apart within the past three days.

its a way better radio.
u can run a thumbdrive or ipod wiht it.

it has decent audio control too...sub control...hpf. eq...and such...way better than the radio you picked....and a great deal....and longer warantee...check it out...let me know what else you have questions about

oh...i took a peek on new egg....they dont have the pioneer premier or its sister pioneer radio available...probably cause its a year old...they have this years version...but its more expensive and not the premier (which means half the warantee)
