Default Convertible rear speaker question

I am trying to access the rear speakers in my 04 convertible all I seem to be able to find are instructions for hard top cars can anyone tell me if there is a difference in removing the pannels? If there is a difference how do I go about removing the pannels?

This is one you just may need access to the Bentley manual. The CD version I have won't let met cut and paste. You will need to remove the seat back and cushion to gain access to the panel bolts at upper rear corner. Several clips around edges and lift up to remove. Procedure varies depending on top and flaps, depends on year model.

I know this is brief and not very clear, but the best I can do. Search the org for additional help perhaps.
