Question

I recently replaced my stereo due to a malfunction that was draining my battery. When they installed the new stereo, I forgot to tell them about the cd changer in the trunk...well, I forget to take the cd's out and now, since there is no power to the changer, I can't get the cd's out. Is there any way to remove them manually or do I need to hook up the changer to a power source to get them out? Thanks for your help!

Hi....that happend to me before and I actually take it to a car stereo place where they just plugged a wire to a battery and it opened right away....

Again, this was a couple of years ago and I didn't get to see exactly what they did. But as far as I remember you can do it that way. If someone else knows and I am wrong just let me know. Good luck getting back your cds.

yep your gonna have to hook to a pwr. source to get em out.
