If you've got one, it'll be on the left side of the trunk as you look into it from the rear.

I haven't had a Beetle since May, but I'm sure if you do a search for trunk you should be able to find something.

I installed mine last year. It's 3 or 4 screws holding it in. You will need to buy a bracket when you buy the changer. If you pull up the carpet on the left side, you will see the holes where the screws go. There also is a wiring harness tucked under the mat behind a plastic door.

Default CD changer

There is one in the trunk of my (new to me) 99 NB, I can take pics if you want to see the bracket...I need to find what make it is anyways.

I need a cassette for mine, the previous owner kept some stuff, like the VW cover pried off the tailgate opening mechanism, so I need one of those too otherwise I will keep getting water in the trunk.

If anyone has/knows about a NB being parted out I would love to hear about it...there are other items I need to complete my project.....battery surround and cover spring to mind.

Thanks all...Den.
