Default I can't get the door off!

So i've gone about replacing the blown front door speakers in my car a few weeks ago, only to get stopped by the two screws on the very bottom of the door!

Does anyone know what kind of tool I need for these two screws?

They kinda look like " * "

It's driving me nuts... I've had the replacement speakers like a month!

HELP HELP HELP! And Happy Turkey Day!

they're torx screws. they're t20's. Your're gonna need a t20 driver if you do almost anything requiring taking plastic panels off the car.

Two things i'm not sure about once I do get the door off is this:

1) Do I drill out the rivets with a drill bit?

2) Does anyone know what size screws I would use to put them back in?

1: yes

2: first, i used those expandable plasic things you put in drywall to keep screws in place, they seemed to work fine for me. later when i upgraded the speakers, i just mounted them right to the door panel.
