Default original plug hacked off!!!!!

My beetle has an aftermarket alpine w/300w amp and sub. my problem is that my Vag- Com won't work unless i remove the "K" line from pin 3 on the black connector, well the connectors have been hacked off and spliced! I've looked everywhere for a diagram, but no luck. Does anyone know what color this wire should be on the '00 GLX

Default thank you !

Found it! it was hooked up, and causing 11.5v where it wasn't supposed to, I spent 3 hours online researching, so i wouldn't have to waste anyones time asking stupid questions on this forum. Lesson learned!!! Thank you very much!!

I was thinking of putting in a aftermarket radio in but wasn't sure what to do with the extra connectors since the after market radio doesn't come with those connections. what needs to happen with those?

you leave them alone. they can't be connected to anything.
