Rattles

I've got an '05 vert with the Monsoon system. I recently installed an ipod mount and have been loving having my tunes, however, when I have the top down and need to turn up the volume I get all sorts of little annoying rattles.

They seem to mostly come from the door speakers, and I think one of the speakers in the panels by the back seat.

Is the problem the speakers or is there something in the doors rattling that could be easily fixed?

A rattling sound would most likely be something in the door.

most of the plastic panels are held in by spring type retaining clips. so when the bass hits the rattles will kick in with the panels vibrating and also the speaker mounts themselves will vibrate since you have metal on metal contact.
