Stock stereo?

If it has one I would assume it might be in the back of the unit. But I'm not certain. I have an aftermarket head unit and its got the aux plug out front.

Ah, well...

I will say that I used to have an aftermarket Blaupunkt unit in the car (there when I got it). The aux plug was in the back. I had my mp3 player hooked up to it for a bit. To do that required taking the unit out, plugging the aux plug in, and routing the other end of the plug through the dash. If you dont have an obvious plug on the front, the back is going to be where its at.

It says here that the AUX imput is an option, you may or may not have one.

Sometimes you have to buy and extra dongle of sorts to adapt off of a custom plug in the back of the HU. This allows some of the later model HUs to have the option of wiring an iPod interface through it as well as just a standard AUX jack. The newer ones usually just have a USB.
