Radio not turning on when engine starts?
I had my clutch repaired a few weeks back. While at the shop the battery died(not sure why...maybe they left my lights on?) Ever since I picked it up my radio would not start when I start the engine. When I first got it back I had to reprogram it when it flashed SAFE.
I have to turn it on-off-on-off-on then the radio will start. However, my radio stations are not saved and the volume is abnormally loud when it is turned on. My mechanic had the remedy through a battery charger and some other doings he looked up the solution online. Does any one have an easy remedy to fix this? Is taking it into the mechanic a necessity?
