2010 Beetle Convertible - 10 Speakers?

It says in lit everywhere there are 10 speakers. I see 2 in dash, 2 in doors, 4 in back seat. Where are the other 2? Am I looking right at them? Bought this car last week and even called the VW customer care and they could not figure it out and said to see the VW dealer service Dept.?

an afterthought.... is there 2 speakers under one of the speaker grills?

Look in the A-Pillers are there 2 there? you should see a triangle grill.

No speakers in the A-piller on the verts.

You'll find 2 speakers (1 midrange and 1 tweeter) just under the grill of each side of the dashboard.

So you have:

- 4 speakers in the dashboard
- 2 speakers in the front doors
- 4 speakers in the rear

Total: 10 speakers

I have a 2004 convertible with 10 speakers
