Default Phatnoise cables?

I'm looking for a set of phatnosie cables so I can move my phatbox from my wrecked Jetta to my new2me '03 NBC. Anyone have a set or a lead on a set? Also how do I identify which factory headunit is installed in my NBC?

Thanks,
Mike

Your car should have the cable under the box in the armrest. If it won't fit in there, you can get a longer cable that goes to the trunk.

The Phatnoise for the Jetta takes one cable, the install for the NBC takes two. I have the one from my Jetta, I guess I could go out and remove the 6 disc changer and see if it just swaps in. Who knows maybe I'll get lucky!

Got around to removing the cd changer in the armrest (WHAT A PAIN!! ) and plugged the Phatbox in and it works fine . Now to find a nice mounting spot for it. With the heat sinks on its too wide to fit in the center arm rest Though about under the passenger seat but am worried about moisture.

some have cut down the fatbox, there are almost no electronics in it and the housing is just for looks

I may mount it behind the glove box so that when you open the glove box the DMS cartridge is accessible there.

@Wilky - are you F. R. Wilk? I've done the dragon in Porsche's now it's time to do it in a Beetle!

I've done the dragon in a Porsche. I want to do it on a sports bike and in my bug. F.R. Wilke was someone on one of the Porsche forums I belong to. He was big into programming new performance chips and I was one of his testers.
