Default No speakers in front right.

I installed a Monsoon CD MP3 from a '06 Vert in my Turbo S. Got the code from a local VW shop and seemed to play just fine. A few weeks ago I was playing with the balance/fade and noticed that the two speaker in the front Pillar and dash on drivers side were not working. never really noticed when I had the Cassette deck in. So do you think it's the Deck, amp or wiring to speakers?

Been thinking of just going with an after market system,

These are the two I'm thinking about.

You don't have sound out of those speakers because there aren't any speakers there. I mounted my boost gauge through the grill because I found out there weren't any speakers behind them.

HUH???
If he doesn't hear them from the driver side, that would imply that he hears them on the pass side...
I can promise you that on a TS, those two speakers are there...unless the previous owner did a delete...which I HIGHLY doubt.

Honestly, I just put fade to passenger side front and heard sound when moved to driver side it nothing. Now I had the A pillar cover off about a year ago when I was cleaning the sunroof drain plug. Can't remember if there was a tweeter? or speaker back there.

I think there is a speaker on both sides on the dashboard which is the black grill in the picture, but the triangle grill which is light gray didn't have a speaker behind them on my 2003. They are very close together, it would be hard to tell which is which, sound wise.

Here is a picture of the passenger side. I'm not speaking for everyone's car, but just because you see a speaker grill doesn't mean there's a speaker behind it...I'm just sayin'
