Default Front Dash Speakers - 03 Vert

I was out in my wife's bug looking at speakers, I want to replace them to get a little more sound out of the monsoon. I kind of like the look of the monsoon from the factory, so probably no need to replace that, but adding new tweeters up in the dash, and mids in the doors, plus some decent rears would be good. I might throw in a sub too in the back, but I'm just a little hesitant just because of the shoe-box trunk already.

Can someone tell me what speakers are back there?

It's the dash grill on this guy's dash. I don't have the a-pillar ones, it's a convertible. Thanks!

Thanks!

On earlier years. Non-monsoon radio's had just a tweeter in the A-pillar (where the boost gauge is mounted to).

When you have monsoon, and in the vert no matter what, there is a mid range and tweeter in the dash panel, and nothing in the a-pillar.

Thanks. I think I've now read every speaker related post on this forum. ;->

I'm going to do some 6.5" subs in the doors, 3.5" 2-way tweeters/mids in the dash, and some full ranges in the back. We'll see how that goes.
