Car door front speakers don't work

No noise comes out of them and I can't figure out of to fix them, they are getting power to them

Try them in the rear speaker connection(s). This will determine if it's a speaker issue or a (supply) problem with your head unit.

If you have a multimeter you can ohm out the speakers to check to see if they are bad or not without touching the speakers themselves pull the radio and use the multimeter to test the front door speakers. They should ohm out around 3.0 to 3.8 any crazy low or high numbers means that the speakers are just bad. This is a common thing to happen with stock speakers. If the speakers ohm out correctly then its the outputs on the radio itself then you should just replace the radio. If you need to know what color the wires are for the speakers check over at the12volt.com
