Can't find your factory car stereo radio code? We can help!

I think the fee is $30 or $35. Tico4Life found this site. I believe it's done via the web. Someone has a connection to the VW VIN database obviously, but I feel certain you won't find it anywhere cheaper. e posted it on a thread about this very subject a couple weeks ago.

I know Kaiser on here used to be able to get codes. But I haven't seen him post in awhile.

I'll pm him, personally i absolutely REFUSE to pay for something the stealership refused to do. I'll gut the stereo first and bash it with a hammer before i give them .01 cent. I absolutely hate them.

Question

Btw, it wasn't your responsibility to write the code down, that duty belongs to the sales staff. I'm curious, is this the Dealership from whom you bought the car?

second owner of the car, but i did call the dealer that it was purchased from. Vorderman VW in Ft Wayne IN. The most worthless horrible VW dealership, for that matter car dealership i've ever had the horrible experience dealing with. I went to purchase a new jetta a while back, NO salesperson would help me. Check in hand and all, finally i got fed up grabbed the head manager and he outright told me to go f*** off. I was going to take the tdi beetle there to the timing belt done, but the mechanics told me i'm an idiot and no tensioner rollers ever get changed and they would not put the metal water pump in.

again vorderman VW in ft wayne in is the worst dealership ever, stay away!!!!!

sorry for the rant

I bought our 04 Beetle used. Called the local dealership today with the VIN and the serial number on the radio and they were able to give me the code.
