Default Amp power through firewall

I saw Antoine's pics on this, but, unfortunalty, they didn't help me much. Is there already a pre-cut wall in the firewall or do I need to make one? I can see where there are a places that look like you could make a hole. And I'm pretty sure I found where it comes out behind the pedals. If anyone has pics or info for a '98 model I'd greatly appreciate it.

Happy Mother's Day!

I used Antoine's pics. I could not find the plug from the inside and took a bit of searching to find it in the engine bay as it was kind of hidden but its there. Once I found it in the engine bay I got a long screwdriver and just pushed the grommet through to the inside and feed the power cable thru.

Keep looking it should be there.

You have an '03; I wonder if it's the same. Here are a few pics of the inside, behind the pedals. (please excuse the cobwebs)

The hole is above that black plastic tray thing, thats why I could never see it.

I am not sure if they are the same for a 08 and 03. Try looking in the egnine bay by the brake booster (the big black cylinder thing on the firewall. You might have to push the air intake hose around some but you should be able to see the grommet right next to the brake booster.

One thing that really helped was printing Antoine's picture and bringing out with me.

My 98 had the grommet spot occupied by the throttle cable. I drilled a hole right next to that spot to run the cable. BUGSTUFF had mentioned a spot that can be used to run wire without drilling. --->Click Me<---

Oh, how I wish you had posted this about 12 hours earlier.
