Default Satellite Radio AND iPod?

Hey guys,

I've gotten really interested in satellite radio lately, but I don't want to give up my iPod system.

My current setup now is an iPod mini connected to my stock HU through the CD changer port with a Dension ice.link.

How does a sat radio wire in? I'd like to have both.

Thanks!

SMG

This is the location of my mount. It plugs into the cig lighter for power and had an antenna to mount and it transmit through an FM station. I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything. The way mine is ran you can see any wires.

It depends on how you want to hook up you sat radio and what HU you have. The one Mojo is using only requires power, then you tune your HU to a FM station and you get the sat radio, but you don't get the quality that sat gives you. I have a kenwood HU and i know they have a sat add-on box for one of the providers and it has another hook up on it so that I could still keep the ipod or cd changer if wanted. It all depends on how much work you want to do with it. We need a little more information on what sat radio you want.

There are a few options, one that may work is from USA Spec.

I was thinking about getting one of these.
