Default What food/ingredients do you always have on hand in the Kitchen?

As I began my shopping list today, I thought about all the foods or ingredients that I absolutely have to have on hand. For me, the essentials are:

1. Heinz Ketchup
2. Old El Paso Refried Beans
3. Nalley's Turkey Chili
4. Cheddar Cheese, Longhorn style
5. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
6. Minced Garlic or Fresh Garlic
7. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
8. Ground Turkey
9. Kraft Mac & Cheese (Scooby Doo Prefered)
10. Flour Tortilla's
11. Ore Ida Crinkle cut French Fries

I'm sure there is one or two more things, but that is the absolute minimum in my kitchen.

What can't you go without in the kitchen?

1. Olive Oil
2. Basil <--- I grow that outside. Kinda. It is dying I think.
3. "Dots" <--- really named CousCous (I prefer the name dots)
4. Spices since they tend to hang around for a while anyway.
5. Cheese - not Kraft cheese. 'Good' cheese.
6. Noodles of some kind. Penne, Spaghetti, etc.
7. Marinara sauce

Really that is it. 0_o

Hops and barley mixed with water and some other stuff. I store it in little brown bottles in the fridge, and when I drink it, I feel real good!
