Canning Recipies
Its a long shot... But I have a craving..
After spending 7 hours one night a few weeks back making a double batch of antipasto (Single batch said it would make 16-18 8oz jars, I had 16oz Jars so I thought I would double it and get 16 16 oz jars... HAH! reciepe was wrong so I have more antipasto to shake a stick at...)
I crave hot pepper jelly..
Anyone out there have a good reciepe? something with more zing then just jalapenos?
