An hour to cook two peices of chicken?! Seems like overkill if you ask me. Once the meat hits 160 degrees it's done, no? Why an hour?

Arrow ahhh

it is a strange recipe, my mother used to fix it. you put it (a la chicken) in a pan-medium sized- and put it on the stove. it's alot like BBQ chicken. usually i cook 4 pieces of chicken and double up on the ketchup and coca cola (8 oz of each). try it, i think you'll like it. but, i do cook it on the stove. bring it to a boil, then let it simmer with the lid on.
