Peanut Butter Pie

I love peanut butter pie. This is how my grandma made hers....

Ingredients:

1 Graham Cracker crust
1 Large jar of creamy peanut butter
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 Chocolate Bar...any kind

Scoop out about half of the cool whip from the container into a kitchen mixer. Add large heap of peanut butter with a spatula/spoon to mixing bowl. Start folding/mixing at low speed. Mix until a uniform peanut butter creamy consistency throughout. This is where personal preference comes in. If you like it less sweet add small amounts of peanut butter to taste or if you like it more sweet add more cool whip.

Once done poor mixture into crust and shave chocolate bar with a grater over the pie until you have enough chocolate. Set in freezer for 15-20 minutes to set then move to fridge to keep chill. Eat and Enjoy.

Helpful hints. if the mixture is too runny make sure you dont mix at high speed as that breaks down the cool whip. also it helps to chill the mixing bowl in the freezer before you start. if you prefer you can use a chocolate crust as well.
